Shipping & Return Policy
1. Shipping Service & Delivery
We provide international air shipping service to most European countries.
All packages are transported via formal international airline carriers.
Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days after the order is shipped.
The actual time may vary slightly due to customs inspection, flight arrangements and local delivery efficiency.
2. Order Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

3. Shipping Cost
Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the destination country, weight and package size.
Final shipping cost is displayed on the checkout page.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
The package may not incur local VAT or customs duties, so please feel free to order.
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Pre-sale or customized products will be processed according to the product page description.
6. Customer Service Hours
Customer service is available during 9:00 – 20:00 (Eastern Time ET), Monday to Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays. Messages received during off-duty hours will be replied on the next working day.
Return & Exchange Policy
7. Return Eligibility
We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days after delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
Return or exchange is NOT applicable in the following situations:
• Used, damaged or altered products
• Customized or personalized products
• Products out of the valid return period
8. Defective or Wrong Items
If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival or incorrect, please contact us with photos or videos within 7 days after delivery.
We will arrange free replacement or full refund, and we will bear the return shipping cost.
9. Returns for Personal Reasons
For returns caused by buyer’s personal reasons (change of mind, wrong order, etc.), the buyer shall bear the return shipping fee.
10. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
11. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety or international logistics reasons, some personal care, close-fitting and disposable products cannot be returned after opening. Please check the product page for details.
12. Package Not Received or Lost
If the package is confirmed lost during transportation, we will resend the package or issue a full refund after verification.
